众所周知,苏联海军对建造核潜艇十分积极,但为什么偏偏对航空母舰的建造那么冷漠呢?到底是苏联政治和意识形态的影响,还是苏联战略认识的缺失?或是苏联首脑对海军认识的偏差,还是单纯经济原因?也许这些都是原因,它们最终决定了强大的苏联海军没能将航空母舰作为自己的核心力量。不过苏联领导人对海军的看法一直不全面却是个不争的事实。作为苏联的缔造者列宁就忽视海军,他曾说过:“苏联不需要强大的海军,我们只要有足够数量小型舰艇组成的海岸警卫队就够了。”而斯
As we all know, the Soviet Navy is very active in building nuclear submarines, but why it is so indifferent to the construction of the aircraft carrier? In the end is the influence of the Soviet Union politics and ideology, or the Soviet Union lack of strategic understanding? Or the Soviet Union’s naval understanding of the deviation, or simply Economic reasons? Perhaps these are the reasons, they ultimately determine the powerful Soviet navy failed to make the aircraft carrier as its core force. However, it is an indisputable fact that the Soviet leaders’ views on the Navy have not been comprehensive. Lenin, the founder of the Soviet Union, ignored the Navy because he said: “The Soviet Union does not need a mighty navy, and we have enough Coast Guard to have a sufficient number of small ships.”
