女性克隆病患者伴肛管阴道及直肠阴道瘘占9%。作者按标准化分类法将女性肛周克隆病分为两组,一组伴有肛管直肠阴道瘘,另一组阴道未受累,每组病人肛周,近肠端疾病,治疗方法均按标准方式做了前瞻性记录,目的旨在比较两组肛周克隆病和肠道克隆病损类型,治疗方法和结果。病人和方法:1971～1991年间所记录的135例 Female Crohn’s disease with anal vaginal and rectovaginal fistula accounted for 9%. The authors classified the perianal Crohn’s disease into two groups according to the standardized classification. One group was accompanied by anorectal vaginal fistula and the other group was not affected by the vagina. Each group of patients had perianal and proximal intestinal diseases and treatment methods according to standard methods A prospective record was made for the purpose of comparing the types of perianal Crohn’s disease and intestinal colonic lesions, treatment and outcomes in both groups.
