针对韶冶真空炉提锌产生的富锗渣 ,提出了“球磨 中性浸出 氧化焙烧 氯化蒸馏 水解”工艺回收其中的锗。通过综合试验 ,考察了各操作工艺条件对锗回收效果的影响 ,确定了合适的工艺条件参数。在试验确定的优化工艺下 ,真空炉渣的锗直收率可达到 84.7%以上。
Aiming at the rich germanium slag produced by zinc extraction from the vacuum furnace of Shaoye Metallurgical Co., Ltd., germanium was recovered from the process of “ball mill neutral leaching oxidation roasting and chlorination distillation hydrolysis”. Through the comprehensive test, the effect of each operating condition on the recovery of germanium was investigated, and the suitable process parameters were determined. Under the optimized process, the direct germanium yield of vacuum slag can reach more than 84.7%.
