本文报告利用健康的雄性大白鼠暴露在 NO_2平均浓度2.9PPM(±0.71SD),每天暴露24小时,每周五天,连续中毒九个月。发现暴露 NO_2的动物残留气指数(残留气/最大肺容积)明显增加(对照:0.320±0.004,NO_2:3.76±0.05,P<0.05);湿肺重量系数(肺 gm/体重 Kg)增加12.7%(对照:3.31±0.068,NO_2:3.73±0.131,P<0.05);肺类脂质(类脂质 mg/湿肺 gm)明显减少8.7%(对照:40.72±0.703,NO_2:37.19±,0.556,P<0.05)和磷脂质的饱和脂肪酸的总量百分率显著减少,这个减少主要是软脂酸盐的减少;最小表面张力(对照:3.4±0.76,NO_2;17.7±1.84,P<0.05)和最大表面张力
In this paper, healthy male rats were exposed to an average NO2 concentration of 2.9 PPM (± 0.71 SD) exposed 24 hours a day for five days a week for nine months.
