苏州工业园区公积金大厦超限高层的结构设计中,通过对结构方案的合理布置,将两个L形平面联合在一起,使两个以扭转为主振型的结构变为一个以平动为主振型的整体结构,结构的抗震性能得到了根本改善。大开洞楼板平面内应力分析结果显示,楼板平面内应力水平可满足设计要求。开洞双连梁的等效方式和受力性能分析结果表明,双连梁可有效地提高筒体的整体受力性能,兼顾了结构对筒体的延性和刚度要求。
