现代企业的竞争,归根结底是人才的竞争。人才是企业成败、兴亡的决定因素,但拥有了大量人才而不对其进行系统的培训,人才应有的作用就会受到限制,所要达到的目标也会受到影响。因此,培训是企业长久发展的基础性工作和重要工具。1.培训是发现人才、培养人才的可靠渠道。从培训人才的角度出发,应更加重视培训工作,通过培训培养出一大批人才,只有这样,才能使企业在竞争中立于不败之地。2.培训是降低成本、提高效益的有效方法。
