以共沉淀-喷雾干燥法制备钙钛矿型LaCoO3催化剂,并比较了喷雾干燥及普通烘箱干燥对催化剂的影响。对合成的催化剂粉体进行了BET-比表面积、XRD、SEM、TPR-H2表征。结果表明,喷雾干燥所制备的前驱体在600℃焙烧即可得到单一钙钛矿相结构的催化剂粉体,形成钙钛矿结构的焙烧温度降低50℃~100℃。喷雾干燥方法制得的催化剂对甲烷燃烧反应的催化活性明显高于用普通烘箱干燥方法制得的催化剂,起燃温度为T10=394℃。
The perovskite-type LaCoO3 catalyst was prepared by coprecipitation-spray drying. The effects of spray drying and ordinary oven drying on the catalyst were compared. The synthesized catalyst powders were characterized by BET-specific surface area, XRD, SEM and TPR-H2. The results show that the precursor prepared by spray drying can be calcined at 600 ℃ to obtain single perovskite catalyst powder. The calcination temperature of perovskite structure decreases by 50 ℃ ~ 100 ℃. The catalytic activity of the catalyst prepared by the spray drying method on methane combustion reaction was significantly higher than that of the catalyst prepared by ordinary oven drying method, the ignition temperature was T10 = 394 ℃.
