根据铜渣火法贫化的原理,废杂铜冶炼渣进行火法贫化研究。在保温温度1300℃,保温时间60min的实验条件下,探索了实验气氛,不同添加剂(河沙、磷酸钠、碳酸钠、萤石)对贫化效果的影响。试验结果表明:还原气氛对FRHC法炼铜炉渣火法贫化是必要的,钠盐对铜渣贫化效果有不利影响,添加适量的河沙和萤石对铜渣的贫化有利。已实验的最好组合铜回收率达到99%以上,贫化渣中含铜量为0.97%。
According to the principle of copper slag pyrometallurgy, waste copper smelting slag for pyrometallurgical depletion research. Under the experimental conditions of holding temperature of 1300 ℃ and holding time of 60min, the effects of different additives (such as river sand, sodium phosphate, sodium carbonate and fluorite) on the depletion effect were explored. The results show that the reduction atmosphere is necessary for the levitation of copper slag by FRHC method. Sodium salt has an adverse effect on the depletion of copper slag. Adding appropriate amounts of sand and fluorite is beneficial to the copper residue depletion. The experiment has the best combination of copper recovery rate of more than 99%, depleted slag copper content of 0.97%.
