发动机推力下降会导致运载火箭质心偏移、产生推力不平衡力矩、减弱控制力等后果,导致火箭姿态和飞行轨迹发生改变,影响火箭可靠性和发射成败。针对某型捆绑火箭助推段发动机推力下降故障问题,建立了故障下的火箭刚体六自由度动力学模型,基于Matlab/Simulink软件,采用分层模块化建模思想搭建了全数字仿真模型,最后以发动机正常状态和单台发动机推力下降为例给出了仿真算例。结果表明,该仿真模型能够正确地反映推力下降故障下捆绑火箭助推段的飞行特点。
The decline of the engine thrust will lead to the launch vehicle center of mass offset, resulting in thrust unbalanced torque, weakening the control force and other consequences, resulting in rocket attitude and trajectory changes, affecting the rocket reliability and launch success or failure. Aiming at the failure problem of a certain type of rocket booster engine with thrust reduction, a 6-DOF dynamic model of the rocket body under failure was established. Based on Matlab / Simulink software, a full digital simulation model was established by using hierarchical modular modeling theory. Finally, Taking the normal state of the engine and the single engine thrust drop as an example, a simulation example is given. The simulation results show that the simulation model can correctly reflect the flight characteristics of the bundled rocket boost section under the condition of the thrust drop failure.
