大力开发能源是我国实现社会主义四个现代化面临的紧迫任务。煤矿建设大发展,对煤矿单体液压支柱的需求量日益增加。目前生产煤矿单体液压支柱,特别是它的主体零件——油缸的加工工艺比较陈旧、生产效率低,耗费原材料多,成本也较高。本课题是针对这种现状而建立起来的研制新的制造工艺项目。 课题核心是以油缸内孔滚压技术来取代粗镗、精镗、珩磨工艺经过镗——滚复合滚压头设计、实验室实验、生产试验和试生产后取得了满意的效果。 新工艺比旧工艺提高生产率32%; 新工艺比旧工艺节约原材料4%; 新工艺投资20000元取得经济效果为140000元/年,单件成本下降7.04元/件。 经鉴定认为,新工艺能保证工序质量要求,镗——滚复合滚压头的结构,在技术上有独到之处,具有国内先进水平,新工艺生产率高,经济效益显著,同意投入生产使
Vigorously developing energy resources is an urgent task for our country to realize the four modernizations of socialism. The great development of coal mine construction, the demand for coal hydraulic props is increasing. At present, the production of coal mine hydraulic props, especially its main components - cylinder machining process is relatively old, low productivity, cost more raw materials, the cost is higher. This topic is aimed at this situation and established a new manufacturing process project.
