目的了解银杏提取物对自然衰老大鼠脑组织(海马,大脑皮层)和心肌组织中MDA,Mn-SOD和脂褐素的影响。方法自然衰老的大鼠随机分成3组:老年对照组,银杏提取物高剂量组(150mg/kg)和银杏提取物低剂量组(75mg/kg),另设青年大鼠对照组,每日灌胃给药一次,连续3周。末次给药后60分钟,全部动物断头处死,进行海马,大脑皮层,心肌和血浆中的MDA,Mn-SOD以及脂褐素含量测定.结果与老年空白对照组相比,银杏提取物给药组的MDA和脂褐素都有明显降低而Mn-SOD都明显增高。结论银杏提取物能明显改善自然衰老大鼠脑组织和心肌组织中的抗氧化能力,减少有害代谢产物的堆积。
Objective To understand the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on MDA, Mn-SOD and lipofuscin in brain tissue (hippocampus, cerebral cortex) and myocardial tissue of natural aging rats. Methods Natural aging rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: old control group, high dose group of Ginkgo biloba extract (150mg/kg) and low dose group of Ginkgo biloba extract (75mg/kg), and a separate young control group. The stomach was administered once for 3 consecutive weeks. At 60 minutes after the last administration, all animals were decapitated and the contents of MDA, Mn-SOD, and lipofuscin in the hippocampus, cerebral cortex, myocardium, and plasma were measured. Results Compared with the old control group, ginkgo extract administration was performed. Both MDA and lipofuscin were significantly reduced in the group and Mn-SOD was significantly increased. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract can significantly improve the anti-oxidation ability in the brain and myocardium of natural aging rats and reduce the accumulation of harmful metabolites.
