目的探讨大肠癌中核转录因子NF-κB p65和抑癌基因磷酸酶和张力蛋白同源缺失基因(PTEN)的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测59例大肠癌组织中,NF-κB和抑癌基因PTEN的表达。结果 59例大肠癌组织中NF-κBp65和PTEN阳性表达率分别为44.1%(26/59)和37.3%(22/59)。两者表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。大肠癌组织中PTEN的表达与肠周淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),NF-κBp65核表达与肠周淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。不同病理类型、肿瘤侵袭程度、性别、年龄的大肠癌组织中,NF-κBp65核表达与PTEN的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NF-κBp65的激活与PTEN基因缺失均参与了大肠癌的发生发展及演变。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of NF-κB p65, tumor suppressor gene phosphatase and homocysteine (PTEN) in colorectal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NF-κB and tumor suppressor gene PTEN in 59 cases of colorectal cancer. Results The positive rates of NF-κBp65 and PTEN in 59 cases of colorectal cancer were 44.1% (26/59) and 37.3% (22/59), respectively. There was a negative correlation between the two expressions (P <0.05). The expression of PTEN in colorectal carcinoma was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The nuclear expression of NF-κBp65 was not associated with lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05). The expressions of NF-κBp65 and PTEN in colorectal cancer with different pathological types, tumor invasion, sex and age had no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The activation of NF-κBp65 and the deletion of PTEN gene are involved in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.
