1980年3月,我所研制成了第一台ZQZS—2.5型匝间耐压试验机,同年8月,该机送成都机车工厂在生产中使用,考验其使用价值。根据实际的使用效果以及考虑到国外对电机匝间耐压试验值的要求,我们于1981年7月又研制成了ZQZS—5型匝间耐压试验机。两年多来,我们先后在株洲电力机车工厂、成都机车工厂、石家庄电力机务段、六里坪电力机务段、马角坝电力机务段对ZQ650、ZQDR—410、ZQDR—204、ZQ150牵引电动机以及J_2—73—6、J_2—

According to the actual use effect and taking into account the requirements of the test values of the inter-turn turn-on voltage of the motor in foreign countries, we developed the ZQZS-5 turn-on voltage withstand test machine in July 1981.
