党和政府对发展职业教育的重视已引起了全社会对职业教育的关注。目前,担任我国职业教育任务的主要是高职、中专、技校,其中技校培养的目标主要是初、中级技术工人,是目前各行业生产第—线的主力军。但是,技校学生的综合素质比其他中等学校学生低是不争的事实。人们普遍认为:技校学生文化素质低、学习能力差、道德品质低、文明礼貌缺、可持续发展能力不高,等等。劳动管理部门和各类技校也把上述几方面作为重点改进的内容,这无疑是正确的。
The importance attached by the Party and government to the development of vocational education has aroused the concern of the whole society to vocational education. At present, the task of vocational education in our country is mainly vocational, technical secondary school and technical school. Among them, the primary goal of technical school training is primarily junior and mid-level technical workers, which are the main force for the production of the first line in various trades. However, the overall quality of technical school students than other secondary school students is an indisputable fact. People generally believe that: technical school students with low quality of culture, poor learning ability, low moral quality, lack of civilized politeness, capacity for sustainable development is not high, and so on. It is undoubtedly correct that the labor management departments and various technical schools also take the above aspects as the key improvements.
