目的 :探讨肿瘤转移抑制基因nm2 3在人前列腺癌细胞、肺癌细胞和人黑色素瘤细胞系中的转移抑制作用。方法 :应用Northernblot杂交法检测 8种不同转移潜能人癌细胞中 (PC3,PC3M ,PAa ,PG ,WM35 ,WM134 1b ,WM983a和WM45 1)nm2 3基因的表达。结果 :nm2 3mRNA在 8种不同转移潜能的人癌细胞中都有表达 ,且nm2 3表达水平也未见差异。结论 :nm2 3基因可能与这些细胞系 (前列腺癌细胞、肺癌细胞及黑色素瘤 )的转移抑制无关。
Objective: To investigate the metastasis inhibition of tumor metastasis suppressor gene nm23 in human prostate cancer cells, lung cancer cells and human melanoma cell lines. Methods: Northern blotting was used to detect the expression of nm23 gene in 8 different metastatic human cancer cells (PC3, PC3M, PAa, PG, WM35, WM134 1b, WM983a and WM45 1). Results: nm23mRNA was expressed in all 8 human cancer cells with different metastatic potentials, and there was no difference in nm23 expression. Conclusion: The nm23 gene may not be involved in the inhibition of metastasis of these cell lines (prostate cancer cells, lung cancer cells and melanoma).
