为研究水稳碎石基层施工现场施变异关键因素的主次关系,通过现场调研确定选取含水量、水泥剂量、级配(4.75mm筛孔通过率)作为主要影响基层施工质量的三个因素。在此基础上,通过正交试验分析影响因素的主次关系。结果表明:影响水稳碎石基层强度变异的主要因素的主次分别为水泥剂量、4.75mm通过率、含水量。
In order to study the primary and secondary relationship of the key factors influencing the construction of water-stabilized gravel base construction site, the three factors that affect the construction quality of the grassroots mainly include the selection of water content, cement dosage and grading (4.75mm mesh passing rate) through site investigation. On this basis, through orthogonal test analysis of the main factors of the relationship between factors. The results show that the main factors influencing the intensity variation of water-stabilized gravel base are cement dosage, 4.75mm pass rate and water content respectively.
