用胃酶和醋酸自大鼠肺中提取Ⅰ和Ⅲ型胶原,並用酶联免疫法对其含量及比值进行测定。实验结果表明自大鼠气管注入石英后,在肺部所引起的纤维化的过程中,Ⅰ型与Ⅲ型胶原的含量均不断增长。在染尘后10天时,Ⅰ/Ⅲ型胶原的比值低于未染尘时的数值,而在20天后,此比值明显升高,並维持恒定。通过Ⅰ型与Ⅲ型肺胶原含量及其比值的测定表明电焊烟尘所引起的大鼠肺纤维化病变进展缓慢,其纤维化程度也轻。本实验结果证明Ⅰ/Ⅲ型胶原之比值可用来表示不同粉尘所引起的纤维化程度。
Type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen were extracted from the lungs of rat lungs by pepsin and acetic acid, and their contents and ratios were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The experimental results show that the content of type I and type III collagen is continuously increased in the process of fibrosis caused by lungs after rat trachea is infused with quartz. Through the determination of type I and type III lung collagen content and its ratio, the pathological changes of rat pulmonary fibrosis caused by welding fume and dust are progressing slowly and the degree of fibrosis is also light. The experimental results show that the ratio of type I / III collagen can be used to indicate the degree of fibrosis caused by different dust.
