国外对华反倾销的泛滥已使我国成为国际反倾销最大的受害国 ,严峻的现实使我们不得不重新审视反倾销本质。本文试从理论层面对反倾销动因作深入的分析 ,并就我国政府和企业具体的应对措施进行一些探讨。
The proliferation of anti-dumping by foreign countries has made our country the victim of international anti-dumping. The harsh reality makes us have to re-examine the essence of anti-dumping. This article tries to make an in-depth analysis on the motivation of anti-dumping from the theoretical level and makes some discussions on the specific measures of our government and enterprises.
