《反家庭暴力法》基于我国家庭暴力问题严峻的背景下,广泛征求社会建议,致力于预防和解决我国家暴纠纷,保障公民权利,特别是在家庭关系中居于弱势地位的成员予以切实保障,也是对我国民法体系的有力补充。本文通过对我国首例家暴案件进行解析,点明该部法律的实施意义,并分析本法的制度创新及其意义。 Against the backdrop of the severe domestic violence in China, the Anti-Domestic Violence Law extensively solicits social suggestions and is committed to preventing and resolving disputes over domestic violence and safeguarding citizens’ rights, especially those who are disadvantaged in their family relationships. It is also a powerful complement to the civil law system in our country. This article analyzes the first case of domestic violence in our country, points out the significance of the implementation of the law of the Ministry, and analyzes the institutional innovation and its significance.
