本文通过对20起医疗纠纷案进行性质、牵涉科室、诊疗后果的综合分析,从中可以看到真正由事故、差错造成的纠纷为数不多,而服务态度不好、生硬、粗暴是纠纷产生的首要原因,不良的医疗后果也是产生纠纷的重要条件。另外,外科系统的纠纷占相当大的比例。针对上述情况,应采取的措施是:1.狠抓医德教育不放松;2.预防纠纷放首位;3.加强法制观念,减少医疗纠纷;4.对死亡病例要抓住尸体解剖这一环。通过以上措施达到减少和尽快解决医疗纠纷的目的。
This article analyzes the nature of 20 cases of medical disputes, the involvement of departments, and the results of diagnosis and treatment. From this we can see that there are few disputes caused by accidents and mistakes. The bad service attitude, bluntness, and brutality are the primary causes of disputes. The reason why bad medical consequences are also an important condition for disputes. In addition, disputes in the surgical system account for a considerable proportion. In view of the above, the measures that should be taken are: 1. Pay close attention to medical ethics education and not relax; 2. Prevent disputes first; 3. Strengthen the concept of the legal system and reduce medical disputes; 4. Take the autopsy ring for death cases. Through the above measures to reduce and resolve medical disputes as soon as possible.
