在产业转型升级的背景下,提升人才培养质量成为高职教育实现可持续发展必须慎思的问题。实训教学作为高职教育人才培养的关键环节,决定着所培养人才的“可用性”。本文基于野中郁次郎(Nonaka)和竹内弘高(Takeuchi)提出的知识转化SECI模型,从知识转化与创造的4个环节探索高职教育实训教学体系的构建,并以成都工业职业技术学院的实训教学体系建设为例加以阐释和论证,以期对高职教育实训教学的研究与发展有所助益。
Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading, raising the quality of personnel training has become a problem that must be considered carefully in order to achieve sustainable development in higher vocational education. Practical training as a key link in training of higher vocational education determines the “usability” of trained personnel. Based on the SECI model of knowledge transfer proposed by Nonaka and Takeuchi, this paper explores the construction of practical teaching system of higher vocational education from four aspects of knowledge transformation and creation. Based on the actual situation of Chengdu Vocational and Technical College Training teaching system construction as an example to explain and argue, with a view to higher vocational education practical teaching research and development of some help.
