在反常色散的双折射光纤中传输的亮孤子对之间由于耦合周期性地交换能量,一个亮孤子可把能量完全传给另一个亮孤子,因此双折射光纤可作亮孤子开关。本文讨论了椭圆角为35°的双折射光纤的开关条件。发现脉冲只有以特定的极化角入射才有开关现象产生,而且建立了光纤长度与孤子对相差、初始能量差的解析关系.所得结论严格地适用于椭圆角为35°的双折射光纤开关,但当椭圆角与35°非常接近时,结论仍然很好地成立.
A bright soliton can transfer energy completely to another bright soliton due to the coupling between bright soliton pairs transmitted in an anomalous dispersion birefringent fiber, so the birefringent fiber can be used as a bright soliton switch. This article discusses the switching conditions for a birefringent fiber with an oval angle of 35 °. It is found that the pulse can only be switched on and off when it is incident at a specific polarization angle, and the analytic relationship between the difference between the fiber length and the soliton pair and the initial energy difference is established. The conclusion is strictly applicable to birefringent fiber optic switches with an oval angle of 35 °, but the conclusion is still well established when the oval angle is very close to 35 °.
