目前,高职院校酒店管理专业的《饭店餐饮管理》课程教学与当前餐饮业对相关人才的需求显得格格不入,存在诸多问题,如教材陈旧、课程内容滞后、教学方法单一等等,导致教学质量不高、学习主动性差、解决实际问题的能力差等问题,这显然是高职院校在培养学生可持续发展能力方面的不足。《饭店餐饮管理》课程并没有发挥其培养优秀餐饮管理人才的职责,为了与餐饮业发展相适应,迫切需要对高职院校的《饭店餐饮管理》课程教学进行改革。
