什么时间吃比吃什么更重要。科学家曾做过一个试验:两组人每日进食一顿同样的食品,一组是早晨7点钟进食,另一组是晚上5点半钟用餐。结果第一组人体重普遍下降,第二组人体重都在不断上升,换了另外人试验结果都是如此。因此,早餐可以适当多吃,而晚餐一定要少吃为宜。一日多餐比少餐更重要。科学家通过对动物和人的试验发现,多次进食可使血清胆固醇维持较低水平。而不少中年以上的人,一日三餐的热量70%集中在晚餐,这样血脂就会猛烈升高,晚上睡觉时血流明显降低,大量血脂容易沉积在血管壁上,易造成血管硬化。
