2017年第一季度,群众通过民心网共反映行政执法方面问题4903件,其中行政执法系统诉求办理平台受理776件,办结598件。平均分4.65分,满意率75.24%,优秀率63.19%,不满意留言回复率100%,平均办件天数21天,综评分10.41分。各相关单位通过办理诉求给予党内严重警告处分1人、党内警告处分1人、诫勉谈话3人,罚款2500元,促进政府公益性投入2万元。
In the first quarter of 2017, the masses reported 4,903 administrative law enforcement issues through the People’s Daily Online website, of which 776 were accepted by the administrative law enforcement system and 598 were completed. Average score of 4.65 points, satisfaction rate of 75.24%, excellent rate of 63.19%, not satisfied with the message rate of 100%, the average number of days of handling 21 days, comprehensive rating of 10.41 points.
