以中国水仙中的漳州产水仙和平潭产水仙为试材,研究了两产地水仙主、侧芽在形态分化期过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化情况.结果表明:中国水仙从7月份开始POD活性逐渐上升,8月上旬后POD活性维持在较高水平之上,910月份POD活性开始急剧下降,至10月中、下旬降至低谷.这种变化过程与花芽形态分化的进程基本一致.同时,平潭水仙主、侧芽的POD活性水平均高于漳州水仙,反映了平潭水仙多花枝的生理特点
Taking Narcissus from Zhangzhou and Narcissus from Pingtan as test materials, the changes of peroxidase (POD) activity of main and lateral shoots of Narcissus in two habitats were studied. The results showed that the activity of POD in Chinese narcissus gradually increased from July, and POD activity maintained at a relatively high level in early August. POD activity began to drop sharply in 910 months and dropped to the lowest level in mid-October. This process of change is basically consistent with the process of flower bud differentiation. At the same time, the POD activity level of main and lateral buds of the main and side buds in Pingtan was higher than that of Zhangzhou Narcissus, which reflected the physiological characteristics of many flowering branches in Pingtan
