经济发展决定政治发展和文化发展,而政治发展和文化发展反过来对经济发展具有巨大的反作用。随着新农村小康社会的逐步实现和村民自治模式的渐次完善,新农村的经济和政治都取得了很大的发展,其阶段性成果也是显著的。然而,与新农村经济和政治发展稳步推进相对照,新农村的文化发展却显得步伐落后,绩效甚微,这就在很大程度上制约着新农村的建设和向纵深发展。本文试图以影响新农村文化建设的首要因子——文化队伍建设为中心,总结其所存在的问题,剖析其原因,进而给出建设的路径,以求为解决新农村发展的瓶颈并实现其可持续发展提供参考。
Economic development determines political development and cultural development, and political development and cultural development in turn have a huge adverse effect on economic development. With the gradual realization of a well-off society in a new countryside and the gradual improvement of the model of villager autonomy, great achievements have been made in the economic and political development of the new countryside. However, in contrast with the steady development of new rural economy and political development, the cultural development in new rural areas appears backward and with little performance. This restricts the construction and development of new rural areas to a great extent. This article tries to summarize the existing problems and analyze the causes, and then give the path of construction in order to solve the bottleneck of the development of new rural areas and to achieve the goal of building a new culture of rural areas Sustainable development for reference.
