采用 RP-HPLC方法对黄花乌头 Aconitum coreanum抗心律失常有效成分关附甲素(guanfu base A)的含量进行了测定。并对不同采收期黄花乌头的不同部位中关附甲素的含量进行比较.结果显示关附甲素在8月份采收的根中含量最高。实验采用C_18柱,以乙腈-磷酸三乙胺缓冲液为流动相,检测波长208nm,以外标法定量,为合理有效地利用药物资源提供了参考。
The content of guanfu base A, an effective anti-arrhythmic component of Aconitum coreanum, was determined by RP-HPLC. The content of AGP in different parts of Aconitum coreanum in different harvest periods was compared. The results showed that the root content of Guan A was highest in August. The C18 column was used in this experiment. The acetonitrile-triethylamine buffer was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 208 nm. The quantification was performed with external standard method, which provided a reference for the rational and effective use of drug resources.
