近年来,电子商务伴随互联网的发展而不断创新。井喷之后的城市电子商务发展已达到饱和,各大互联网巨鳄尤其是电商企业家选择瞄准农村这块新市场,因此农村电子商务应运而生。相对城市电子商务发展而言,农村电商具有潜力大,发展快的先天优势。但因农民电子商务几乎零基础、商务服务意识较差、以及农村自身局限、信息基础设施较薄弱、农民文化素质低等多种因素的影响,农村电商发展非常缓慢,在政府大力号召之下的中国农村电商出现各种畸形,本文对当前我国农村电子商务的发展现状提出个人观点,并提出了相应解决办法,为中国全面发展农村电商提供参考。

Under the call of the government Of China’s rural e-commerce appear various deformities, this paper on the current development of rural e-commerce in our country put forward a personal point of view, and put forward the corresponding solutions for China’s comprehensive development of rural electricity providers provide a reference.
