沙苑子系豆科植物扁茎黄芪(Astragaluscomplanatus R.Br)干燥成熟的种子。临床用药中发现有同科植物紫云英(Astragalus sinicusL.)种子,田皂角(Aeschynomene indica L.)种子伪充沙苑子。两者与沙苑子功效不同不能替代。由于三者外形相似,其它方法不易鉴别。采用紫外谱线组法进行鉴别方法简便,结果满意。材料与方法材料:沙苑子、紫云英种子、田皂角种子(由山东大学生物系郑亦津教授鉴定);实验用化学试剂均为分析纯。方法:在仪器上要贮存空白溶剂的吸收,其它按文献方法讲行紫外光谱扫描测定。实验结果1、四溶剂浸液紫外谱线组图谱见图1。紫外分光光度计扫描条件:扫描方式:单波长双光束;扫描速度:200nm/min;尺度扩张:
Astragalus complanatus R.Br is a mature seed of Astragalus complanatus. The seeds of Astragalus sinicus L. and Aeschynomene indica L. seed were found in clinical medicine. The difference between the two and Shayuanzi cannot be replaced. Due to the similar appearance of the three, other methods are not easy to identify. The identification method using ultraviolet line group method is simple and satisfactory. Materials and Methods Materials: Sha Yuanzi, Ziyunying seeds, Tiancaojiao seeds (identified by Prof. Zheng Yijin, Department of Biology, Shandong University); experimental chemical reagents were of analytical grade. Method: Absorption of blank solvent should be stored on the instrument, and other methods of ultraviolet spectroscopy scanning should be performed according to literature methods.
