校长的核心竞争力是课程领导力,这是2007年的主题词。这不仅是时代的需要,更是学校教育的特殊功能和校长这个特殊职业的性质所决定的。2007年,上海市进一步深化课程与教学改革,全面提高教育质量。作为二期课改的主力军,上海市中小学校长必须不断提升自身的课程领导力。这对新课程改革的推进、二期课改的深入、学校的发展、学生的发展、教师的发展和校长自身的发展都有着积极的意义。
Schoolmaster’s core competencies are curriculum leadership, which is the 2007 theme.
