上海软土高密度地区,基坑工程周围常存在需要保护的建(构)筑物、道路、管线等。基坑工程受周边环境的制约,同时,基坑开挖也对周边环境产生一定的影响。在工程设计和建设过程中,应当充分考虑基坑开挖引起的附加变形对周边环境的影响。结合上海某基坑工程实践,利用有限元分析方法,采用单元“生死”技术,模拟动态施工过程,对周边道路、管线和邻近住宅进行定量的模拟分析,以评估其安全性。
High-density areas of Shanghai soft soil, excavation often exist around the need to protect the construction (structures), roads, pipelines and so on. The foundation pit project is restricted by the surrounding environment, meanwhile, excavation of the foundation pit also has a certain impact on the surrounding environment. During the process of project design and construction, the influence of additional deformation caused by excavation on the surrounding environment should be fully considered. Combined with the practice of a foundation pit in Shanghai, the finite element analysis method is used to simulate the dynamic construction process using the unit “life and death ” technology to quantitatively simulate the surrounding roads, pipelines and adjacent houses to evaluate their safety.
