青杨(Populus Cathayana Rehd)群众俗称大叶白杨,家白杨。落叶乔木,高达20—30米,喜温凉湿润,比较耐寒。对土壤要求不严,在透水性良好的沙质壤土、河滩冲积土、沙土、砾土、弱碱性的黄土及栗钙土上都能生长。栽培历史较长,是我省的一个速生用材树种,群众非常喜爱。同时,也是目前我省营造大面积速生用材林、农田防护林、四旁植树等重要树种之一。
Populus Cathayana Rehd masses commonly known as big-leaf aspen, home poplar. Deciduous trees, up to 20-30 meters, like warm and humid, more cold. Lack of strict requirements on the soil, good permeability in the sandy loam, beach alluvial soil, sand, gravel, weakly alkaline loess and chestnut soil can grow. Longer history of cultivation, is a fast-growing timber species in our province, the masses are very fond of. At the same time, it is also one of the important tree species for planting large-area fast-growing timber forests, farmland shelterbelts and tree planting around the province.
