对平均年龄30.9岁、专业工龄9年的煤化工工人细胞遗传学效应及免疫功能变化进行观察。结果表明 SCE 与 MN 试验存在一致性,接触组均显著高于对照组,提示环境中存在对人体细胞遗传物质有不良影响的污染物,对人机体细胞可能存在致突变危险;淋巴细胞绝对数、Et 花环率、T 细胞数、淋巴细胞转化率、B 细胞数、IgA、总补体活性接触组都显著低于对照组,淋巴细胞相对数、DARR 花环率、IgG、IgM 接触组虽也都低于对照组,但差别无统计学意义,这些提示该作业工人 T、B 免疫系统功能和非特异性免疫功能有不同程度的降低。
On the average age of 30.9 years old, professional workers of 9 years of coal chemical workers cytogenetic effects and immune function changes were observed.
