肺不张不是一个独立的疾病,而是多种胸部疾病的并发症。我院自1981年以来,对胸部X线诊断肺不张的171例患者行纤维支气管镜检查,现将结果分析如下: 一、一般资料:本组171例中,男122例,女49例,男:女为2.5:1。年龄最大者73岁,最小者10岁,平均年龄50.3岁。二、临床症状:171例肺不张的主要临床症状是:咳嗽135例占78.9％,胸痛66例占38.6％,咯血65例占38.0％,气急40例占23.4％,其他5例占2.9％。
