社会经济的高速发展,要求职业学校培养大量高素质的技能型人才。但是一些学校和教师却对职业教育的目标认识存在着误区,削弱甚至忽视了对学生健康人格的锻炼和提高,学生缺乏相应的专业素质和职业道德。因此,如何在培养学生的专业技能的同时,又塑造学生的专业素质和健康人格,成了我们必须解决的问题。
The rapid development of social economy requires vocational schools to cultivate a large number of high-quality skilled personnel. However, some schools and teachers have the misunderstanding of the goal of vocational education, weakening or neglecting the training and improvement of students’ healthy personality, and the lack of corresponding professional qualifications and professional ethics. Therefore, how to cultivate the professional skills of students at the same time, but also shaping the professional quality of students and healthy personality has become a problem we must solve.
