我院于1995年6月至1999年2月用泼尼松龙注射治疗23例儿童鞘膜积液,取得满意疗效,现报道如下。1 一般资料 本组23例,3～7岁13例,8～14岁10例,病程1～9年,8例为精索鞘膜积液,15例为睾丸鞘膜积液。2 治疗方法 病人全部门诊治疗,就诊后依据病史、临床表现、体征及B超确诊。碘酊及乙醇常规消毒后利多卡因局麻,然后穿刺抽尽积液并记录积液量,穿
