本文比较了三种国内血卟啉衍生物(HpD)试制的生物学活性。采用了L_(1210)细胞生长率,L_(1210)和B_(18)细胞的台盼蓝排斥率,L_(1210)细胞的集落形成能力,L_(1210)细胞的DNA和RNA合成率,615小鼠在接种L_(615)白血病细胞后的存活时间,以及注射HpD后小鼠Lewis肺癌中荧光强度等七种指标。结果一致地表明,Y-HpD和LF-019在体外对癌细胞的光动力学杀伤作用显著高于HpS。而HpS活性略高于美国生产的第二代HpD PhotofrinⅡ。荧光强度的测定表明,这四种HpD在Lewis肺癌中的浓度无明显差别。
This article compares the biological activities of three domestic hematoporphyrin derivatives (HpD). The cell growth rates of L1212 and B18 cells, the colony formation ability of L1210 cells, the DNA and RNA synthesis rate of L1212 cells, The survival time of mice after inoculation of L_ (615) leukemia cells, and the fluorescence intensity of Lewis lung cancer in mice after HpD injection. The results consistently showed that the photodynamic killing effect of Y-HpD and LF-019 on cancer cells in vitro was significantly higher than that of HpS. The HpS activity slightly higher than the United States produced the second generation of HpD Photofrin Ⅱ. Fluorescence intensity measurement showed that the four HpD concentrations in Lewis lung cancer no significant difference.
