小学语文教学中,有许多地方涉及法制教育,学校教育对青少年的影响很大。语文课文中,有很多篇幅都蕴含了法制教育的内容,这就需要教师读好三本书:课标、教参、教本,整体把握住各个单元的主题思想。在社会主义法治建设日趋完善的今天,每个学生都可以在课堂里接触法律知识。青少年辨别能力差,极易受不良影响而导致违法犯罪。少年强则国强,我们有责任在教育教学工作中开动脑筋,实现法制梦想,提高学生的法制素质。如何在小学语文教育中渗透法制教育,需要有效的途径。
In primary school Chinese teaching, there are many places involved in legal education, school education has a great impact on young people. There are many texts in the Chinese text that contain the contents of the legal education. This requires teachers to read three books: curriculum standards, teaching reference books, textbooks, and the overall grasp of the theme of each unit. Today, with the building of the socialist legal system increasingly perfect, every student can have access to legal knowledge in the classroom. Adolescents with poor ability to distinguish are extremely vulnerable to unlawful crimes. We are responsible for starting our brains in education and teaching work, realizing the dream of legal system and improving the quality of students’ legal system. How to infiltrate the legal education in primary school Chinese education needs an effective way.
