加强社保机构内部管理,不是一个新鲜的话题。改革开放以来,随着社会保险改革的深入,各级社保机构对加强内部管理;应该说是比较重视的,也做了不少工作,取得了一定效果,但在现阶段还不能完全适应经济体制改革的要求,需要再作努力,采取有效措施,切实做好内部管理工作。 党的十五大和九届人大一次会议对社会保险改革提出了明确的要求和目标。我们面临的任务十分繁重。要完成历史赋予的任务,就必须把立足点放在加强机构内部管理上,培养高素质的管理人才,建立高效率的工作机制,树立良好的社会保险形象,这样才能担当起改革的重担。 为引起广大读者的关注,本刊从近期来稿中摘编4篇有关这一问题的文章,以飨读者。
