简要分析并描述了TR IZ物质-场分析法。针对物质-场分析法在功能建模方面的不足,提出了一种结合减件-运行法和FAST法来实现产品创新的物质-场建模过程。改进了76个标准解的应用流程,这样可以有效的减少用户在不相关的标准解应用中浪费时间及产生错误解。结合该研究方法对一种新型复合式旋流器进行了应用分析,发现该旋流器存在的恶化特性主要是振动及剪切液滴,同时伴随噪音及密封泄漏等有害因素,最后提出了可行的解决方案。该研究方法将为标准解的有效应用提供了可行的改进方向。
The TR IZ material-field analysis is briefly analyzed and described. Aiming at the shortages of material-field analysis in functional modeling, a material-field modeling process combining product-operation method and FAST method to realize product innovation is proposed. The application process of 76 standard solutions has been improved so as to effectively reduce the user’s time and mistakes in the application of standard solutions. Combined with this research method, a new compound cyclone was analyzed. It was found that the deteriorating characteristics of the cyclone were mainly vibration and shear droplet, accompanied by harmful factors such as noise and seal leakage, and finally put forward feasible s solution. This research method will provide a feasible improvement direction for the effective application of standard solutions.
