一、前言 15Mn VNR钢是在16MnR钢的基础上,加入微量的钒和氮,制成一定的沉淀强化效果的低合金高强度钢。它是一个很有发展前途的压力容器用钢,并已在冶金球罐上广泛应用。由于此钢中钒、氮的沉淀强化作用,在焊后热处理时可能导致再热脆化的产生,并已为大量研究所证实。为了进一步证实15Mn VNR钢的再热脆化倾向,尽量准确地确定其再热脆化敏感温度。以便为制定合理焊后热处理工艺规范提供依据,本研究是采用现代焊接热模拟技术进行的。
I. Introduction 15Mn VNR steel is based on the 16MnR steel, adding a trace amount of vanadium and nitrogen, made of certain precipitation strengthening effect of low-alloy high-strength steel. It is a very promising pressure vessel steel, and has been widely used in metallurgical sphere cans. Due to precipitation strengthening of vanadium and nitrogen in this steel, reheat embrittlement may occur during post-weld heat treatment and it has been confirmed by a large number of studies. In order to further confirm the reheat embrittlement tendency of 15Mn VNR steel, its reheat embrittlement sensitivity temperature should be determined as accurately as possible. In order to provide a basis for the development of a reasonable post-weld heat treatment process specification, this study was conducted using modern welding thermal simulation techniques.
