语文教师是教学工作者,又应该是研究工作者。本文想就研究工作的性质、意义、条件和程序谈谈个人的认识,谨供有志于研究工作的同志们参考。一、研究工作的性质 (一)研究工作的性质研究工作是以科学方法探求事物的本质和规律的活动,它是一种创造性的劳动。研究和教学,既有相同处又有不同处。教学是输出,发表研究成果也是输出,而输出所依靠的前提是输入——实践和阅读。教师的研究工作开始于教学实践,自觉的教学工作可以说是研究工作的开始。这就使研究和教学统一了起来。
