The 44th World Press Photo Contest, which has caught the attention of the world, has come to an end, and the winner of the World’s Best News of the World award is captured by American photographer Laura Joe Reagan. She lives in the United States and she has been a contributor to many of the world’s leading magazines for more than 10 years, including The Times, Newsweek, and Life. She has held solo shows on numerous occasions and won numerous prizes. Laura is known for her in-depth and extensive photographic coverage of American culture, and the flashy stars from homeless children to Hollywood are all-encompassing in her footage. Drawing on her background in anthropology and art, she tries to combine the aesthetic of art with the social record in her filming.
