通过在2014年3月至2014年12月期间,对某医科大学112例心理咨询记录进行整理。结果显示,各年级上,大二的学生咨询的最多,其它依次是大三、大一、大五、大四。咨询两次以上的30人(占26.8%)。咨询的问题主要在人际交往,情绪情感,心理障碍,学习就业压力等问题,其他依次是家庭问题、性心理、适应问题。女生咨询的人数多于男生。应根据不同年级、性别特点及咨询问题开展有针对性的心理健康教育而提高学生的心理健康水平,了解大学生心理问题的类型和特点,为医学类学校有针对性地开展心理咨询工作提供理论依据。
Through the March 2014 to December 2014 period, a medical university counseling 112 cases of psychological counseling. The results show that in all grades, sophomore students consult the most, followed by the third year, freshman, big five, senior. Consultation for more than 30 people (26.8%). Consultation problems mainly in interpersonal relationships, emotional emotion, psychological barriers, study and employment pressure and other issues, followed by family problems, psychological, adaptation problems. Psychological health education should be carried out according to different grades, gender characteristics and counseling issues to improve students’ mental health level, to understand the types and characteristics of psychological problems of college students, and to provide a theoretical basis for the medical schools to carry out psychological counseling in a targeted manner .
