广东省将批量生产“昆虫杀手”——寄生蜂与微生物,以防治日益严重的松突圆蚧、松材线虫、湿地松粉蚧。广东省的林业用地面积超过1000万公顷,其中近一半是松树林。近年来,森林病虫害日趋严重,其中松突圆蚧、松材线虫、湿地松粉蚧等3种森林病虫害已在部分地区造成小范围松树林死亡。针对这种情况,广东省林业局提出了生物防治森林病虫害的思路,将建设一所昆虫天敌繁育中心,生产寄生蜂与微生物。其中花角蚜小峰主要用来防治松突圆蚧,肿腿蜂主要用来防治松材线虫,广腹细蜂则主要用来防治湿地松粉蚧。生产的微生物则包括质型多角体病毒、白僵菌和绿僵菌。质型多角体病毒可制成粉剂或病毒液,通过喷雾用于防治松毛虫。通过实验室培养,白僵菌、绿僵菌可用于林中喷洒,令松毛虫生病死亡。有关专家介绍说,这所昆虫天敌繁育中心建成运营后每年可生产各种“害虫杀手”1000万只,所产害虫天敌可满足10万公顷松树林的防治需要。(一飞) Guangdong Province will mass produce “insect killer ” - parasitic wasps and microorganisms, to control the increasingly serious pine promisculus, pine wood nematode, Pinus elliottii. Among them, aphid small peak is mainly used to control pine calamari, swollen leg bee is mainly used to control pine wood nematode, caterpillar is mainly used to control wetland mealybug. Microbes produced include polyhedrosis virus, Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae. Quality polyhedrosis virus can be made into powder or virus solution, through the spray for the control of pine caterpillars. Through laboratory culture, Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae can be sprayed in the forest to make the pine caterpillar get sick and died. Relevant experts said that this insect natural enemy breeding center can produce various kinds of “pest killer” 10 million per year after its establishment and operation.
