本文介绍一种新型单孔喷油嘴直喷式燃烧系统的初步研究结果。该燃烧系统的特点是在普通轴针式喷油嘴头部附加一个喷注挡块,从而使其改变方向并在撞击挡块时产生油滴的二次雾化,以达到加大喷注在空气中的散布面积,提高油与气混合速率的目的。试验是在一台多孔喷油嘴直喷式燃烧系统的单缸柴油机上进行的。初步试验结果表明,该系统是可行的,并具有对燃油品质要求不高,工作可靠,起动性好等特点。与多孔喷油嘴直喷式燃烧系统相比,目前该系统还存在油耗与排温较高的情况,有待于进一步完善提高。
This paper presents a preliminary study of a new single-hole injector direct injection combustion system.
