当前世界正迎来新一轮的科技与产业革命,给我国的经济发展与产业结构调整带来新机遇,我国的经济发展不再是靠总量扩张的过程,而主要是结构转型升级的过程,增速下降可能带来某些难以预料的挑战,这对我国制造业发展方式转变提出了紧迫要求。本文在分析相关文献的基础上,结合国内外的新形势,提出我国产业结构调整的方向是向传统产业转型升级与新兴产业并重发展,向工业3.0、4.0迈进,向制造业与服务业融合发展。我国产业结构升级的目标是向高收入国家、高质量城镇化、制造业强国、服务业大国迈进。
The current world is ushering in a new round of revolution in science and technology and industry, bringing new opportunities for the economic development and industrial restructuring in our country. Our economic development is no longer based on the process of aggregate expansion but mainly the process of structural transformation and upgrading , The declining growth rate may bring some unpredictable challenges. This poses an urgent request for the transformation of the manufacturing industry in our country. Based on the analysis of relevant documents and the new situation both at home and abroad, this paper proposes that the direction of industrial restructuring in our country is to give impetus to the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the development of new industries, to march toward industry 3.0 and 4.0 and to the integration of manufacturing and service industries . The objective of upgrading our industrial structure is to move toward a high-income country, a high-quality urbanization, a manufacturing power and a big service nation.
