针对1036MW机组超超临界汽轮机停机时,高压调节级金属温度、中压缸内壁金属温度下降速度缓慢以及高、中压缸负胀差难以控制的问题,从实际快冷曲线优化分析、汽轮机运行注意事项及要求等方面,介绍3阶段汽轮机快冷创新方案,并给出了同类百万千瓦机组的快冷推荐曲线,从而实现了汽轮机快速、安全停机及冷却,大大缩短了汽轮机组停机后冷却时间,节省检修工期,提高机组可用系数。其经济效益和社会效益显著,可为同类机组提供参考。
