首次研究了天葵(Semiaquilegiaadoxoides(DC)Makino的提取物对小菜蛾的生物活性。室内生测结果表明,天葵提取液对小菜蛾具有很好的拒食活性,其95%乙醇提取液的原液对小菜蛾的选择性拒食作用和非选择性拒食作用分别为82.5%和76.8%,24h非选择性拒食作用的AFC(50)为0.245,回归方程Y=5.807+1.323x,相关系数r为0.981,达极显著水平。24h或48h更换新鲜对碟饲虫的观察结果还证明,天葵提取液对小菜蛾的羽化有一定的不良影响。
The bioactivity of extracts of Makino from Plutella xylostella (DC) against Plutella xylostella was studied for the first time.The indoor bioassay results showed that the extract from Plutella xylostella had a good antifeedant activity against Plutella xylostella and the original solution of 95% ethanol extract The selective antifeedant and non-selective antifeedant effects on Plutella xylostella were 82.5% and 76.8%, respectively.
